By accessing and using Gyaansaar's website, products (Gyaansaar Learn, Gyaansaar Sampad), and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to: educators, students, business owners, and customers of our digital solutions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Eligibility & Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Gyaansaar. Users under 18 may use the platform only with parental or guardian supervision and consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gyaansaar for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Upload, distribute, or transmit viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without explicit authorization
• Engage in any form of fraud, scam, or misleading activity

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, and intellectual property on Gyaansaar (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, and platform design) are the exclusive property of Gyaansaar or its content licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit our content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of our platform or content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code of our software

5. Product & Service Terms

Gyaansaar Learn: Access to courses, materials, and community features are subject to your subscription tier. Course content is provided "as-is" and may be updated or modified without notice. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

Gyaansaar Sampad: Our accounting and inventory management service is provided as a business tool. You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws (GST, Income Tax, etc.). Gyaansaar is not liable for any financial, tax, or legal consequences.

Digital Services: Website development, app development, and other digital services are subject to separate service agreements and may have additional terms.

6. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated
• Applicable GST and other taxes will be added to your invoice
• Payment must be made through our secure payment gateways
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods
• Refund policies are specific to each product and service - please refer to individual product terms
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Subscription renewals will be charged automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyaansaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gyaansaar provides its platform and services "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Our services will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected
• The platform is free from viruses or harmful components

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the platform immediately ceases
• You remain liable for all outstanding charges
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gyaansaar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our platform or services
• Your violation of these terms or any applicable laws

• Any content you submit or share

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
